*Awesome picture size!! Small bezel so you see picture, not TV.
* There is only one button control on the TV itself which seems to cycle through the various commands, so I use the remote for everything. ...and the remote is pretty easy to master.
*Not very heavy but should still use two people to move and set up... for safety.
*When I made my purchase, the description of the base was much smaller than what was received, though due to the size, I am glad the base was larger. Even so, if slightly bumped, it will still wobble.
*Remote controls and TV setup is easy to understand navigate. Most of the presets are perfect and needed no adjustments.
*Sound quality is pretty good, plenty of it if you do not have a surround sound system or other receiver system. I do run sound through a 5.1 receiver and bypass the TV speaker system.
*There are no fancy apps or internet, though the Blu Ray player I have has all that, so I was able to save some money purchasing this set which is pretty much basic.
*Lastly, I was weary of making such a large purchase on-line, but Amazon takes all the worry out of it... during the purchase, I was able to select a delivery date and time and when the TV was delivered, the delivery company unpacked it and tested it to make sure it worked before I signed for it... that was real nice.
I would recommend this TV if you want a basic HD TV with a very large, very good HD picture, HD applies to HD signal... if you don't have HD cable, the picture is very blurry so don't be disappointed if this is your first HD TV... every HD TV will be blurry if you don't receive an HD signal from your cable provider or OTA (over-the-air, antenna).
